REFLECTIONS
Leave it on the Wall
This journey was never about me fixing you. It was about you coming home to yourself.
I don’t want your reviews. I don’t need a rating.
I want your reflection.
If a word here has mirrored something inside you, if a session helped you land, or if a ritual brought you back to your breath—leave that feeling here.
This is a sacred space to drop your heavy baggage, share a moment of clarity, or simply speak your truth into the quiet.
No names. No judgment. No performance.
Just raw reflection.
CCO COMING HOME TO I - My Reflection...
What if much of the pain we keep trying to heal, release, manage or escape is continually being recreated by the noise we allow in?
Not just noise we hear — but what we watch, read, absorb, think about, anticipate and emotionally carry.
Then perhaps the question isn't always, “How do I remove this pain?”
Maybe sometimes it's:
“What am I continually allowing in that keeps creating it?”
And what if it's just a cycle that needs to be lived, like a chapter in a book?
Noise is not the problem. It's how we live in it, and that's a choice I am allowed to own.
When I scroll through social media, I can now see how I become immersed in what it's trying to do. I can see the promises, the creation of doubt, the active voice of reasoning, the push to heal, the constant repeat of how you need to do this or that to be a certain way, the assumptions.
But the difference is, I am now aware of my participation.
And is all this creating more doubt, more to heal? Yes, I believe it is.
I now giggle and laugh. I nod, and I see right through it.
Even looking at people's lives, I see the irony of smiles trying to create the illusion of I am happy because I am doing. Not everyone, but how many times do we see what someone portrays, only to find out the reality was completely different?
And I hear myself asking, why?
Why try to be what you are not?
So the more I see it, the more I want to not be in it. The more I see someone trying to heal themselves, I wonder, is this another case of “I will be happy when I heal this”?
And when I ask, what if there is nothing to heal? I don't mean that pain isn't real or that healing doesn't have its place.
I wonder how much of what we are trying to heal was ever broken in the first place.
What if the child who was called difficult was simply unique, questioning, sensitive, strong or unwilling to fit into what others expected?
What if we carried the label rather than the truth of who we were?
Maybe sometimes healing isn't about fixing that child at all. Maybe it's about removing the noise that taught us there was something wrong with them.
What if beneath all of that, there was never anything wrong with I?
What if you just need to Come Home to I (self) because you simply got lost in the noise?
