Guidelines and FAQ

  1. Mindfulness Guidelines 🌸

✨ Arrival & Time - Please arrive on time to enjoy your full session. Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time and, if extended, may incur an additional fee subject to availability.

As it is in my home, please arrive on time not early - shoes off and please respect house at all times. 

✨ Cancellations - Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment may incur a fee, as there is often limited time to fill the space.
Because I see only 2–3 clients per day, my cancellation policy is firm. No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours will be charged before another booking can be made.

✨ Health & Wellbeing - Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell — this ensures the best healing experience for both of us.

✨ Sacred Quiet - To allow for deep relaxation and to give you my full focus and energy, treatments are held in silence. Gentle quiet helps you access the deepest layers of healing.

✨ Bookings - Appointments may be made via call or text between Tuesday 8am – Saturday 12pm. Messages received outside these hours will be responded to during business hours.

✨ Phones - Please switch off or silence phone for the entire session to protect your sacred healing time.

✨ Choice - I fully understand if these guidelines do not align with your preferences. If so, you are welcome to choose a service elsewhere that feels more suitable for you.

FAQ

  1. Are health Fund rebates offered? - Sorry no they are not.

  2. Is a Seniors Discount offered? – Yes 5% off all treatments/promotions and Products.

  3. Is there a list with ingredients of products? Yes, I can show you or email it.

  4. Can two people receive treatments at the same time? Sorry no - I am A Sole Trader and I am very mindful of the way I want my treatments delivered and the Professionalism of my work.

  5. What happens if I had had minor Botox, fillers, procedures, surgery etc? No treatments can be performed on those areas for at least 2 weeks. Please discuss before booking treatment.

  6. Can I change my treatment at the last minute? Yes of course but it may cost you a bit of time from your your treatment if I have to reset up for a new treatment.

  7. Can I bring my children to shop while I get a treatment? Sorry unfortunately no. To calm your mind and relax we both must be completely available to no distractions.

  8. What hours can I call or text to book a treatment? – please feel free to call, or text Tuesday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. I believe in work life balance so Sunday and Monday will be my relax days. You can email at anytime .

  9. Are working hours flexible? Yes, I am flexible with my hours on my days of Business.
